Whispers From the World of Plants

The book is sprinkled with stories from Professor Itano's life, and they act like a window into the journey which ultimately led him to writing this book. You could enjoy the conversations with plants that he recounts to us. This of course, provided me with a whole new challenge, but it perfectly frames the message of this book. In our modern world technology acts as a barrier between us and nature, and these simple, elegant conversations really emphasise this separation, as well as the ancient feeling to their world.
